The evil corporation Apocalypse Inc. discovers the secret behind Toxic Avenger's superhero powers – the so-called tromatons – and lures him to Japan, leading him to believe that he will be reunited with his father. However, the reunion takes a dark turn when his father turns out to be a major villain who injects him with anti-tromatons that nearly kill him. Meanwhile, Apocalypse Inc. successfully takes over Tromaville and reinstates the rule of evil. Will Toxie manage to regain his superpowers to return and deliver the bloody retribution the villains deserve?
