When the notorious Diaper Mafia takes hostages at the Tromaville School for the Very Special, only Toxic Avenger and his sidekick Lardass can solve the problem. However, something goes very wrong – an explosion shatters the city, creating its antithesis, Amortville. Toxie gets stuck in the new dimension while his evil alter ego, Noxie, takes control in Tromaville. Will our hero find a way back to reality and crush his reflection? Coming to his aid is a large assembly of Troma's other heroes – Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD, Mad Cowboy, Dolphin Man, Master Bator, and The Vibrator – along with many celebrities who had nothing better to do; Ron Jeremy, Hugh Hefner, Lemmy, James Gunn, and Corey Feldman.
