What We Do in the Shadows

In a small house in Wellington, New Zealand, live the four vampires and friends Viago (379 years), Deacon (183 years), Vladislav (862 years), and Peter (8,000 years). We follow their daily activities, from whose turn it is to do the dishes to who cleans up after the latest blood sacrifice. With no mortal friends left to invite them to all the cool places in town, they have completely lost their edge and no longer keep up with what's in and out. Until they meet Nick and Stu... "What We Do in the Shadows" is a hysterically funny New Zealand mockumentary that reveals a secret and supernatural society where friendship and camaraderie are just as important as feasting on the delicious necks of the mortals. It is written and directed by Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Conchords) and Taika Waititi (Boy, Eagle vs Shark), who also star in the film.
