Rose is an insecure and mistreated girl in the fashion world who dreams of becoming a celebrated designer. However, after a violent car accident disfigures her face, her career in the world of beauty seems to be over. Or so it seems. Then she is introduced to the mysterious Dr. William Burroughs, who is given the green light to perform an experimental plastic surgery with her as the guinea pig. When Rose wakes up, she encounters a confident beauty in the mirror. But there is a side effect. She has developed a thirst for blood.
