At the Macon County Asylum, the worst serial killers in the USA are confined. ROCCO THE CLOWN is a former professional wrestler who "accidentally" killed too many in the ring. ANIMAL THE CANNIBAL wants everyone he meets for dinner (or as dinner). THE TAXIDERMIST not only stuffs animals, but also practices his skills on humans. DR. SUAVE is a dentist with a particular liking for drills. DOLLFACE is lethally sexy, and MENTAL MANNY is too terrifying to even describe in words. The whole deranged gang manages to escape during Halloween weekend and easily blend in with the costumed revelers at the popular horror carnival. When the bloody killing begins, everyone thinks it's just part of the show...
