The year is 1945. An American plane carrying crucial supplies crashes under mysterious circumstances in a remote part of the Black Forest. Sergeant Brewer and his company are sent there to rescue any survivors and secure the cargo. Soon, they find indications that something far more ominous than the advance of Nazi troops is at play. What Brewer and his men encounter in the dark forest is an evil that leaves even the most battle-hardened in the group pale. Will they be able to live up to their promise to never leave anyone behind? Madness draws nearer, and all hope seems lost.
Film veteran, special effects artist, and director Mauro Borelli (Captain America: The First Avenger, Dracula Untold) delivers a hefty dose of pulpy World War II horror. The ensemble led by Robert Knepper, Jackson Rathbone, and Mickey Rourke lends emotional weight to a story that wouldn't feel out of place in the anthology series Weird War Tales.
