The Witch in the Window

Simon takes his 12-year-old son to a country house in Vermont, thinking that both of them can escape the hustle of the city, focus on renovating the house, and try to get closer to each other. However, it soon becomes apparent that the house is haunted by the spirit of the previous owner, a woman who, according to the neighborhood, was an evil witch who murdered her family. And now, she doesn't want to let Simon or his son out of the house.
