Henry (Michael Rooker) roams the roads of the United States, killing indiscriminately. Men, women, children – no one is safe when Henry is nearby. In Chicago, he moves in with his old prison buddy Otis, and together they terrorize the city's residents with random acts of violence. But when Otis's sister, Becky, also moves in to escape her abusive husband, something new awakens in Henry. Is there still a glimmer of humanity left within him, or is it too late?
The film is loosely based on the very real serial killer Henry Lee Lucas and his accomplice Ottis Toole, and it has been banned and censored worldwide due to its highly advanced, violent, and realistic filmmaking.
